Train

The term train means discipline, teach, bring to a desired state by means of instruction, 1540s, probably from earlier sense of "draw out and manipulate in order to bring to a desired form" (late 14c.), specifically of the growth of branches, vines, etc. from mid-15c.

Training employees and customers presents a prime opportunity to expand the knowledge base of your business. Do you find training too expensive with low Return on Investment (ROI.) Employees miss out on work time while attending training sessions. Training and development provides both the company and the employees with benefits above and beyond acquiring skills and knowledge. Check employee weaknesses. Improve employee performance. Increase employee satisfaction. The cost of not training is much higher than the cost of training.
