The origin of survey is c. 1400, "to consider, contemplate," from Anglo-French surveier, Old French sorveoir "look (down) at, look upon, notice; guard, watch," from Medieval Latin supervidere "oversee, inspect," from Latin super "over" (see super-) + videre "to see" (from PIE root *weid- "to see"). Meaning "examine the condition of" is from mid-15c. Contemplate the survey of the future.

Imagine a survey of customer behavior using AI (Artificial Intelligence), AR (Augmented Reality), and VR (Virtual Reality.) Worthix has created the first customer survey technology scientifically built with AI to measure which experiences truly motivate decisions without the need of designing questionnaires (its self-adaptive, 100% outside-in, focusing on what is relevant for your client to talk about.) Worthix is part of the ATDC (Advanced Technology Development Center) from Georgia Tech, with offices in San Francisco and Atlanta. AR and VR are beginning to debut apps to enable customers to virtually try products before the purchase. The "why before the buy" is where the customer experience survey begins.
