Participate

The term participate is from the 1530s, back-formation from participation, or else from Latin participatus, past participle of participare "to share, share in, participate in; to impart," from particeps "partaking, sharing," from parti, past participle of partir "to divide" (from Latin partire, from pars "a part, piece."

What if your customers participated in the design of your product? What if your customers hunted for stereotypes, shaped future trends, remembered the future, built the business model, brainstormed, and or played the service? What if your customers acted as employees of your company? Customers designing products is an exciting way to look at internal business processes. Look for avenues for customers to participate in the design process.
