The term loyalty is from c. 1400, from Old French loialte, leaute "loyalty, fidelity; legitimacy; honesty; good quality" (Modern French loyauté), from loial.

How do you get customers to continually buy? How do you create loyalty? Creating convenience and/or an effortless experience is a good place to start. Reduce friction in the buying process. Aldo Gucci stated, "Quality is remembered long after price is forgotten." We always remember good service and good food. We rarely remember the price of the meal. New Voice Media stated in 2017, $75 billion dollars was lost to consumers who switched from one company to another because they were unhappy with service. In 2016, $62 billion was lost to consumers who switched from one company to another. Do not be that company. Continually raise the bar of convenience.
