Process

The term process is from early 14c., "fact of being carried on" (as in in process), from Old French proces "a journey; continuation, development; legal trial" (13c.) and directly from Latin processus "a going forward, advance, progress," from past participle stem of procedere "go forward."

It is important to negotiate the sales process with your customer. Describe the sales process to your customer to manage expectations and set the tone for a successful negotiation. For example, "Our customers tell us we work best when we bring in our solutions experts early in the process."

Continuation, process a direct journey, forward momentum
