License

The term license is from late 14c., "formal authorization, official permission, permit, privilege," from Old French licence "freedom, liberty, power, possibility; permission," (12c.), from Latin licentia "freedom, liberty; unrestrained liberty, wantonness, presumption."

Do you need a license to export your product? Ninety-five percent of all items exported from the United States to a foreign buyer do not require an export license. Even though you do not need a license to export does not mean you can sell your product anywhere and to anyone. There are no less than ten federal licenses and numerous state and local licenses. Create a robust plan to grow your business including all required licenses.

Wanton expression, presumption of innocence, unrestrained freedom
