Internal

The term internal is from early 15c., "extending toward the interior," from Medieval Latin internalis, from Latin internus "within, inward, internal," figuratively "domestic," expanded from pre-Latin *interos, *interus "on the inside, inward." Focusing internally can drive amazing results. Focus on your people, processes, and comuunication for better business results. Focus on your breath. Focus on your brain, heart, and stomach for amazing health. When you focus internally then the external seems to take care of itself.
