Employee engagement = how to make happier employees who work harder. Employee experience = creating an environment where employees want and not need to show up for work. The first step to create the best employee experience is to know the employee. Employee surveys are great as long as employers remove bias and leading questions. People analytics? That seems very inhuman. How about AI employee surveys where companies can truly know and understand employee wants and concerns?
