The term chaos is from the late 14c., "gaping void; empty, immeasurable space," from Old French chaos (14c.) or directly from Latin chaos, from Greek khaos "abyss, that which gapes wide open, that which is vast and empty," from *khnwos.

Chaos can be a science of surprises and the uncontrollable. Nature is a good example. The difference between order and disorder. What we see as order another may see as disorder. Creativity and innnovation enable order. Arise from the chaos of the day.
